The Crepes Fundraiser
Like all food fundraisers, a Crepes fundraiser can be really rewarding and profitable!
Everyone loves crepes & they are easy to sell. Up to 50% of sales go back to your organization. Plus, we offer an option for you to collect your funds upfront before us! No more waiting for your payment check.
As a general note - Crepes are one of the most popular food types, and if something is popular, then it will always work well as a fundraiser!
Here’s how to set up your fundraiser with Crepella Crepes Cafe!
OPTION “A” Traditional Fundraiser (check will be mailed in 7 business days)
STEP 1: Fill out this ONLINE FORM with the appropriate information and set a desired date and time for your fundraiser.
STEP 2: We will contact you within 3 business days to set-up and confirm the availability for the date and time of your fundraiser. We will provide you with digital marketing materials for printing & sharing at no cost to you!
STEP 3: Host your fundraiser at Crepella Crepes Café and earn the following profits based on total sales of your fundraiser:

OPTION “B” Voucher Fundraiser (Collect your funds upfront)
STEP 1: PROMOTE – Let everyone in your community know they can support your cause by participating in your fundraising program. We will provide you with digital marketing materials for printing & sharing at no cost to you!
STEP 2: COLLECT – Collect your funds upfront before us. We will deliver the Fundraising Vouchers to your location. You will have up to 30 days to sell the vouchers and complete your fundraiser. Return the remaining vouchers with a check after you deduct your shared percentage. Each fundraising voucher should be sold for $10 and is redeemable for your choice of one crepe and one drink.
STEP 3: ENJOY – Once you complete your fundraising, your supporters will have 90 days to redeem their vouchers. No block dates. No block times.

Who Can Participate?
Our goal is to help local nonprofits—such as schools, youth sports teams, community groups and other charitable organizations—generate revenue to support their missions. Groups must be a nonprofit and/or charitable organization that is in compliance with all applicable laws. In the U.S., the group must also be registered as tax-exempt with the Internal Revenue Service. This includes, but is not limited to, 501(c)(3) organizations.
